These are the steps to drawing in and selecting a new employee to fill an opening in an organization.

Given the rising demand for overseas employment positions, it’s crucial to provide an avenue for workers to enhance their quality of life. However, to ensure job profiles are accurately represented and safety for both employers and workers, recruitment processes and candidate selection are meticulously carried out. Job applications undergo rigorous vetting involving discussions between Vietnamese companies and foreign partners regarding the rights and benefits for Vietnamese laborers, ensuring the alignment of employers’ demands and the legal rights of workers abroad. 

The candidate selection process for employers is methodically structured. Applicants undergo several interview rounds to meet recruitment criteria. For those not meeting language proficiency standards, the company facilitates language courses. Depending on an individual’s ability, this training could last 2 – 3 months, ensuring candidates acquire basic conversational skills, thereby expanding their job prospects further.
